| After years of planning and delays by various government agencies, the landscaping enhancements desired by many interests in Richmond Hill, and residents alike, have finally begun. Dugger, Phillips and Associates have done a great job on the initial landscaping layout and installation, and after a just a few days, the whole median area of U.S. Highway 17 at the I-95 interchange has vastly improved in appearance. |
